The smooth coffee notes of pecan and toffee are embolden by the sweet bourbons molasses, cherry and tupelo honey offerings. We aged the green Honduras coffee beans from the women run RAOS collective in a fresh New Riff bourbon barrel just long enough to round out the taste without it being overwhelmed by the deeply flavorful whiskey. Smooth enough to drink in the morning and festive enough to enjoy after a holiday meal with pie. This whiskey barrel was selected and provided by Chicago's Double Dip Whiskey Society
